These conditions govern the basic rules for the use of www.alkimtourism.com and the reservation of Alkim Tourism & Rent a Car services.

Reservations: Requests made via the online form are finalized when confirmed by our team. For tours, a 20% down payment is required upon confirmation; The remaining amount is collected on the day of service.

Cancellation conditions: Free cancellation for tours up to 24 hours before service time. Prepayment is non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours. Car rental changes can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the start.

Responsibilities: Our guests; Responsible for ensuring passport and visa validity and compliance with security instructions on tours. In case of cancellations due to weather or official authorities, a date change or full refund will be offered. When renting a car, traffic fines, Salik passes and fuel are the responsibility of the tenant.

Prices: Prices stated on the site are in US Dollars; It can be collected in UAE Dirham on the day of payment. Campaign prices are valid on the specified dates.

Intellectual property: The text, photographs and logo on the site belong to Alkim Tourism; Cannot be used commercially without permission.
